Four pages: the game, and the three documents beside it.

Swarmgrid is a single static document as far as *playing* goes: the menu, the
draft, the board and the results screen are all Phaser scenes drawn on one
canvas, with no routes and no server. A sitemap listing /draft or /play would
list URLs that do not exist, which is worse than listing nothing.

The legal pages are different in kind and belong here (Phase 190). They are
real files at real URLs, they are the pages a crawler or a regulator is most
likely to be looking for, and they are the ones that must be findable when the
game itself is not running. Their priority is deliberately low: they are
reference material, not the thing anybody came for.

The origin is the one `deploy/hetzner/release.json` declares and the one every
canonical names — a sitemap whose URLs disagree with the canonical is a
  sitemap pointing somewhere else.
